Word 4 Today June 25, 2011

One of the most encouraging facts of life is that your weaknesses can become your greatest asset.  Birds and airplanes rise against the wind.  In climbing a high mountain we need the stony crevasses and rough places to help us climb.  Weakness can become an asset if we face it, examine it, and trace it to its origin.  Mark this down, no weakness ever turned into an asset until it was first fairly faced.  My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing the testing of your faith produces patience.  James 1:2-3

It’s exciting when I learn that I can use my weaknesses to my advantage.  I can lean from them and make them my biggest asset.  Lord, teach me and show me what I must do to turn weakness into triumph.

Pressure and rough times can be a blessing, if we see them as such.
