Did you know that if God were to take just the stars that they found with the Hubble telescope and divide them equally among all the inhabitance on the earth (that would be six billion people) you personally would receive almost two trillion stars?  That is only what they see with the Hubble telescope, there are far more stars than that.  God’s word says, He named all the stars and knows if any are missing; there are worlds without end.

If you were to cross our Milky-way galaxy (one of the billions of galaxies in the universe) at the speed of light, which is 186,000 miles per second, it would take you 100,000 years to cross.  Can you imagine!  The earth is moving through space at a rate of over 1,000 miles per hour.  And who holds it all together, none other than the Lord Jesus Christ.  All things were created through Him and for Him.  All things consist by Him.  Colossians 1:16 – For by Him all things were created that are in heaven, and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers.  All things were created through Him and for Him.

Dear Lord, all I can do is stand here in wonder and amazement at the wonderful gift you have given us… life!  Thank You for reminding me that there is nothing good that was not created by You, through You, for You.  You did all the work, and all we have to do is enjoy it.

Everything, including you was created by divine design. Just like no two stars are alike; there is only one of YOU.  How special is that?
